DISCLAIMER!

By commissioning me you agree to comply with these terms of service and failure to uphold them can result in cancellation of your order without refund or blacklist from ordering again.These Service Terms apply to the agreement reached between the artist and the commissioner regarding the creation and use of illustrations.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is fully upfront. I will send a sketch according to your requirements, through which you can propose rough adjustments.

  • I will only continue with the commission and complete it after receiving the payment.

REVISIONS

  • You will be entitled to five revisions upon the first sketch draft. Please submit the most precise modification requests within these limited revision opportunities.

  • Complete change of scope, idea or characters are not allowed nor count as revisions.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • The artwork will be completed within 30 days from the deposit payment date, unless an emergency delays the Artist (written notice required).

  • Final artwork will be delivered in [format, e.g., high-resolution JPG/PNG] via email or Discord, with the Artist retaining all original source files.

USE

The Commissioner is granted non-commercial personal use only, including but not limited to:

  • Personal social media display (with Artist credit).

  • Non-commercial printed materials for personal use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • The artist retains the copyright, the commissioner purchases the "right to use the artwork"

REFUNDS

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for changes in project scope, dissatisfaction with non-defective work, or failure to use the artwork.

COMMUNICATION

  • You can chat with the artist by Vgen, Discord, or any social media platform you've reached out to inquire commissions.
